As we continue to expand and improve our Career Services department, employer and business partnerships become more and more important. We are proud to share our newest partnership with Aerotek.
Who is Aerotek?
Aerotek is the largest staffing agency in the country, with over 200 offices. Since its founding in 1983, Aerotek has worked to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers in the workforce. They handle contracts with employers in a wide range of industries including healthcare, pharmacy and IT.
What is the partnership?
MedCerts and Aerotek have come together to provide career services to MedCerts students upon completion of a training program and achievement of national credentials in the high-growth career fields of Healthcare via short-term training provided by MedCerts.
What does that mean to MedCerts students?
MedCerts internal Career Services department will work with the students on resume development, job search, interview prep, etc. The Career Advisor will, then, refer graduates deemed ready and qualified to an Aerotek recruiter. From there, Aerotek will interview students and follow their standard candidate registration and job placement process.
Although an offer of employment is not guaranteed, this is a great opportunity for MedCerts students. Recruiters at Aerotek are constantly filling openings with major hospitals and corporations and are excited to have access to the pool of talent that our training programs produce.
